Terms of Service
1. Service Description
This service provides bookkeeping assistance for online sellers in the European Union by processing their Etsy and/or Shopify shop data and generating accounting documents in accordance with applicable EU accounting standards and local regulations.
2. Platform Integration
To use our service, you must authorize us to access your shop data through Etsy's and/or Shopify's API. This authorization:
- Can be revoked at any time through your Etsy or Shopify account settings
- Grants us read-only access to the data necessary for bookkeeping purposes
- Does not give us the ability to modify your shop or process orders on your behalf
3. Data Use and Protection
We process shop data only to provide the bookkeeping service. Details on data categories, retention, security measures, and subprocessors are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

4. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant using our service, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate shop records on Etsy and/or Shopify
- Verifying the generated accounting documents before use
- Ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations in your EU member state
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensuring you have the legal right to share your customers' data with us for processing purposes
- Informing your customers about how their data may be processed by third-party services like ours
5. Service Limitations
Our service:
- Does not provide tax or legal advice
- Does not guarantee the accuracy of data provided by Etsy or Shopify
- May experience downtime during maintenance or updates
- Is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
6. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Errors in accounting documents resulting from incorrect source data
- Tax penalties resulting from reliance on our generated documents
- Service interruptions caused by Etsy, Shopify, or other third-party services
7. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance when possible.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state where the merchant is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
